| Recycle Buying Power (RBP) is a program that has been created to assist towns and cities in the development of an additional, ongoing revenue stream that will strengthen the economic base of their school systems. RBP uses the growth of online retail to achieve this goal. One of the major social problems facing us today is the continued growth of town and city budgets. Closer scrutiny reveals the school budgets are the largest increase of town and city budgets. Schools are also recipients of the largest and continual budgetary cuts which reduce vital services and programs necessary to operate our educational system. Preparing our Young People for the 21st century requires new skills that assure their success in an ever advancing global economy. | | |
| "We can't solve problems by using the same kind of thinking we used when we created them." - Albert Einstein | | |
| Pressure to balance budgets requires mayors and city managers to be more creative than ever before. There are many solutions being proposed: 1. Increase in local taxes 2. Prop 2 ½ override 3. Increase fees 4. Increase class size, reduce staff, or close schools 5. Increase lottery participation 6. Build some casinos 7. Make departments of a town/city advertisers 8. Add advertisers on school buses using radio or print 9. On and on…..

| RBP is a more efficient and effective way to achieve an additional stream of new revenue. Simply put, the program recycles dollars spent by local businesses, residents, alumnus, students, parents, teachers and administrators so towns and schools benefit. | | |
